A compassionate Aschp registered counsellor and psychology graduate dedicated to supporting individuals on their personal growth journey. With a degree in psychology and graduating with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience as a counsellor from the Humanitas training and Counselling Center, she brings a blend of expertise, empathy, and understanding to her sessions.
Biokinetics means Life through Movement. As a biokineticist, Varnika specializes in using personalized and scientific based exercise programs to aid in recovery from injuries, manage health conditions, and enhance overall physical and physiological function.
Our Occupational Therapists have a special interest in adolescent and adult mental health. They empower individuals to overcome barriers, foster resilience and achieve their personal goals so that they can re-integrate into independent functioning at home, studies, work and in society.
